Are IPv4 and IPv6 included?

Every plan includes one dedicated IPv4 — not shared, not behind NAT. IPv6 is provided too; ask on your ticket or in the order notes and we will assign it.

Can I test the network before buying?

Yes — open a support ticket and ask for a Russia test IP, then ping or run mtr against it from where your users actually are. The 7-day refund covers you either way.
