When bare metal is the right call
Video transcoding, game servers, databases and CI runners saturate a virtual machine and get throttled. On bare metal every core and every IOPS is yours, all the time.
No hypervisor, no shared kernel, no other tenants on the box. When a customer or regulator asks where the data physically lives, you can point at one machine in one country.
One flat price per month, the same on renewal, with any one-time setup fee shown before you order. No burst charges, no surprise bandwidth bills.
Selling servers since 2017, a Delaware LLC since 2018 — we’ll still be here when your renewal comes up.
Ask for a test IP in the country you want and ping it yourself before you pay.
Full refund of the first invoice within 7 days of purchase. No questions asked.
The price you sign up at is the price you renew at.
Common questions
Which countries can I get a dedicated server in?
15 countries: Vietnam, Cambodia, South Korea, Thailand, Indonesia, Taiwan, Singapore, India in Asia; United Kingdom, Germany, France, Poland in Europe; United States and Canada; and Australia. Every country has its own page with the full build list and prices.
How fast is delivery?
Most builds are online within 24 hours of payment clearing. A few configurations take up to 72 hours because a technician racks and installs each machine by hand. You get an email with your access details the moment it is ready.
Is there a setup fee?
It depends on the datacenter. Where one charges a one-time setup fee we pass it through at cost; it is printed next to each build on the country page and shown again at checkout. Renewals are the monthly price only.
What about bandwidth?
Each build lists its port speed and whether it is unmetered or comes with a monthly traffic allowance. Some Asian locations are domestic-first, with a fast in-country port and a smaller international port — those pages say so clearly, so pick the region where your users actually are.
How do I pay, and is tax included?
Credit card or PayPal. Prices are in USD; a flat 10% service fee is itemised at checkout before you pay, so the total is never a surprise.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. The first invoice of a new dedicated server is refundable in full if you ask within 7 days of payment — open a ticket from your client area, no reason needed. Renewal invoices are not covered.
Tell us the workload, we’ll spec the machine
Need more RAM, a specific CPU, extra drives or a location that isn’t listed? Open a ticket with what you are running and we will quote a build within one business day.
