Why host in Australia?
Local to users in Australia
Sydney builds start under $100 a month — unusually affordable for Australia, where bare metal normally costs several times more.
Network position
Sydney is where Australia’s international cables land and where the major exchanges sit, so a server there serves the whole country and New Zealand with low latency.
Same account as your VPS
Deploy bare metal here and KVM VPS in 44 countries under one login and one invoice — no juggling multiple vendors.
Running since 2017
Selling servers since 2017, a Delaware LLC since 2018 — we’ll still be here when your renewal comes up.
Test the route first
Ask for a test IP in Australia and ping it yourself before you pay.
Seven-day refund
Refund of the first invoice within 7 days of purchase, minus the one-time setup fee. No questions asked.
No surprise renewals
You renew at the plan price you signed up at. Any datacenter increase comes with 30 days’ notice.

Common questions
Delivery, setup fees, bandwidth, operating systems and refunds. Everything else is in the Help centre.
Open the Help centreHow fast is delivery in Australia?
Most builds are online within 24 hours of payment clearing; a few configurations take up to 72 hours because a technician racks and installs each machine by hand. You get an email with your access details the moment it is ready.
Is there a setup fee?
Yes, a one-time setup fee that we pass through from the datacenter at cost. It is printed in the table above next to each build and shown again at checkout before you pay. Renewals are the monthly price only.
What bandwidth do I actually get?
Bandwidth varies by build — 300 Mbps / 5 TB traffic; 500 Mbps / 10 TB traffic; 300 Mbps / 10 TB traffic; 250 Mbps (burst 1 Gbps) / 25 TB traffic — and is listed next to each configuration above. "Unmetered" means no monthly traffic cap on that port; where a monthly allowance is listed, the port stays up and we contact you before anything is throttled.
Which operating systems can I install?
You choose the OS at checkout — current Ubuntu LTS, Debian and Enterprise Linux builds are installed at no charge, and we can reinstall on request. Windows Server is available on many builds with the licence billed separately; ask before ordering if you need it.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. The monthly fee on your first invoice is refundable in full if you ask within 7 days of payment — open a ticket from your client area, no reason needed. The one-time setup fee is not refundable, because it is paid to the datacenter when your server is built. Renewal invoices are not covered by the guarantee.
Can I add more IPv4 addresses?
Every build includes one IPv4 address. Additional addresses can be added at checkout or later from your client area at $6.50 per IP per month. IPv6 is available on request.
