Northern France and Paris each cover more than one nearby datacenter, and we show the middle value. Median of three ping rounds from public test probes, 29 September 2026. A range means the rounds were far apart; plan with the higher number. Your own result depends on your network. Ask for a test IP and ping it from where your users are.

Most builds are online within 24 hours of payment clearing; a few configurations take up to 72 hours because a technician racks and installs each machine by hand. You get an email with your access details the moment it is ready.
Is there a setup fee?
Yes, a one-time setup fee that we pass through from the datacenter at cost. It is printed in the table above next to each build and shown again at checkout before you pay. Renewals are the monthly price only.
What bandwidth do I actually get?
Bandwidth varies by build — 500 Mbps, 1 Gbps or 5 Gbps, all unmetered — and is listed next to each configuration above. "Unmetered" means no monthly traffic cap on that port; where a monthly allowance is listed, the port stays up and we contact you before anything is throttled.
Which operating systems can I install?
You choose the OS at checkout — current Ubuntu LTS, Debian and Enterprise Linux builds are installed at no charge, and we can reinstall on request. Windows Server is available on many builds with the licence billed separately; ask before ordering if you need it.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. The monthly fee on your first invoice is refundable in full if you ask within 7 days of payment — open a ticket from your client area, no reason needed. The one-time setup fee is not refundable, because it is paid to the datacenter when your server is built. Renewal invoices are not covered by the guarantee.
Can I add more IPv4 addresses?
Every build includes one IPv4 address. Additional addresses can be added at checkout or later from your client area at $6.50 per IP per month. IPv6 is available on request.
Which France location should I pick?
In our tests, Northern France was about 9 ms from London and 73 ms from New York. Eastern France was about 3 ms from Frankfurt and 6 ms from Milan. Paris was about 2 ms from Paris and 10 ms from London. Pick north for the UK and the US, east for Germany, Switzerland and Italy, and Paris for users in France.
