Billing & Payments
Do you offer a refund?
Yes, we provide a full refund within 7 days after purchase for VPS services. No questions asked — if you’re not satisfied, simply open a support ticket to request your refund.
What billing cycles do you offer?
We offer flexible billing cycles: Monthly, Quarterly (3% off), Semi-Annually (5% off), and Annually (7% off). You can change your billing cycle at any time.
What happens if I forget to renew?
Invoices are generated 14 days before the due date. Service will be suspended 3 days after the due date and canceled 5 days after. Please pay on time to avoid any disruption.
VPS & Servers
Can I use my VPS for VPN or Proxy?
Yes, you can install VPN or proxy software on your VPS for personal use only. Public sharing or multi-party sharing of VPN/proxy services is not permitted.
Can I upgrade my server?
Yes, you can upgrade your VPS at any time. Simply open a support ticket and our team will assist you immediately.
How long does server activation take?
Most orders are processed and activated within 24 hours. Servers with special configurations may require manual processing and can take a little longer. You’ll receive an email notification once your server is ready.

How do I cancel my service?
Submit a cancellation request via support ticket with at least 3 days’ notice. Email cancellation requests are not accepted. If you have a PayPal subscription, remember to cancel it separately from your PayPal account.
Do you provide server backups?
FormoHost does not offer backup services unless explicitly stated for a specific product. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups. We strongly recommend implementing a regular backup strategy.
