Common questions

Delivery, setup fees, bandwidth, operating systems and refunds. Everything else is in the Help centre.

Open the Help centre

How fast is the Hungary dedicated server delivered?

It is ready 2–3 working days after payment clears, because a technician installs the machine by hand. You get an email with your access details the moment it is ready.

Is there a setup fee?

No. HU-1 has no setup fee; you pay the monthly price (or the yearly price) only.

What bandwidth do I get?

A guaranteed 1 Gbps port with DDoS protection. If your traffic pattern is unusual, tell us before ordering and we will confirm it fits.

Can I add more RAM?

Yes. HU-1 comes with 32 GB and can go up to 128 GB. Open a ticket before ordering and we will quote the upgrade.

Which operating systems can I install?

You choose the OS at checkout — current Ubuntu LTS, Debian and Enterprise Linux builds are installed at no charge, and we can reinstall on request. IPMI is included, so you can also install your own image.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. The first invoice is refundable in full if you ask within 7 days of payment — open a ticket from your client area, no reason needed. Renewal invoices are not covered by the guarantee.

Can I add more IPv4 addresses?

The build includes one IPv4 address. Ask in a ticket if you need more. IPv6 is available on request.
