How fast is a Taiwan dedicated server delivered?
Most builds are online within 24 hours of payment clearing; a few configurations take up to 72 hours because a technician racks and installs each machine by hand. You get an email with your access details the moment it is ready.
Is there a setup fee?
No. None of the Taiwan builds carry a setup fee — you pay the monthly price and nothing else, plus the 10% service fee itemised at checkout.
What bandwidth do I actually get?
Every Taiwan build comes with 100 Mbps / 4 TB traffic. "Unmetered" means no monthly traffic cap on that port; where a monthly allowance is listed, the port stays up and we contact you before anything is throttled.
Which operating systems can I install?
You choose the OS at checkout — current Ubuntu LTS, Debian and Enterprise Linux builds are installed at no charge, and we can reinstall on request. Windows Server is available on many builds with the licence billed separately; ask before ordering if you need it.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. The first invoice of a new dedicated server is refundable in full if you ask within 7 days of payment — open a ticket from your client area, no reason needed. Renewal invoices are not covered by the guarantee.
Can I add more IPv4 addresses?
Every build includes one IPv4 address. Additional addresses can be added at checkout or later from your client area at $6.50 per IP per month. IPv6 is available on request.
