How fast is a Vietnam VPS delivered?

Within 24 hours of payment clearing, and usually much sooner. Every server here is built by a person rather than dropped out of an automated panel. You receive the server details by email as soon as it is ready.

Is there a refund policy?

Yes — a full refund of the first invoice within 7 days. Open a support ticket and ask; there is no form to fill in and no reason required.

Which operating systems are available?

You choose at checkout from current Linux releases such as Ubuntu, Debian, AlmaLinux and Rocky Linux; the order form shows the exact list for this location. You have full root from the first minute. If you need Windows, our Forex VPS in Kuala Lumpur, New York and Amsterdam includes Windows Server.

Are IPv4 and IPv6 included?

Every plan includes one dedicated IPv4 — not shared, not behind NAT. IPv6 is provided too; ask on your ticket or in the order notes and we will assign it.

Is the 100 Mbps also for international traffic?

The 100 Mbps port speed is for traffic inside Vietnam. International bandwidth is shared. If most of your users are outside Vietnam, our Hong Kong or Singapore VPS is usually a better fit. You can also ask for a Vietnam test IP and check the speed from where your users are.

Can I test the network before buying?

Yes — open a support ticket and ask for a Vietnam test IP, then ping or run mtr against it from where your users actually are. The 7-day refund covers you either way.

How fast is a Vietnam VPS from Hong Kong and Singapore?

In our tests, ping from Hong Kong was about 38 ms, and from Singapore and Jakarta about 51 ms. We had no test probe inside Vietnam, so ask for a test IP and ping it from your users’ network.
