How fast is a United States VPS delivered?

Within 24 hours of payment clearing, and usually much sooner. Every server here is built by a person rather than dropped out of an automated panel. You receive the server details by email as soon as it is ready.

Is there a refund policy?

Yes — a full refund of the first invoice within 7 days. Open a support ticket and ask; there is no form to fill in and no reason required.

Which operating systems are available?

You choose at checkout from current Linux releases such as Ubuntu, Debian, AlmaLinux and Rocky Linux; the order form shows the exact list for this location. You have full root from the first minute. If you need Windows, our Forex VPS in Kuala Lumpur, New York and Amsterdam includes Windows Server.

Are IPv4 and IPv6 included?

Every plan includes one dedicated IPv4 — not shared, not behind NAT. IPv6 is not available in the US right now.

Can I test the network before buying?

Yes — open a support ticket and ask for a United States test IP, then ping or run mtr against it from where your users actually are. The 7-day refund covers you either way.
