Need more CPU, RAM or disk — or a different location? Upgrades are handled personally by our team to make sure nothing breaks. Here is how it works.
How to request an upgrade
- Log in to the client area and open a support ticket.
- Include your service ID (from the Products/Services page) and the plan you want to move to.
- Our team replies with the exact price difference and the schedule before anything changes — nothing is billed until you confirm.
What to expect
- Same-location upgrades usually keep your data intact. If a specific upgrade would require a reinstall or migration, we tell you in advance so you can back up first.
- Location changes are treated as a new deployment: we provision the new server, give you time to move your data, then cancel the old one on your confirmation.
- Billing: the cost difference and the new renewal amount are confirmed in the ticket before you approve. No surprise charges.
Downgrades
Also possible via ticket — note that disk downgrades require your used space to fit within the smaller plan first.
Timing
Most upgrade requests are answered quickly and completed shortly after you confirm; the exact timing is agreed in your ticket.
Not sure which plan fits? Describe your workload in the ticket — we will recommend the smallest plan that comfortably handles it.
