In Taiwan we accept VPN for company networks and remote teams only. Public proxies are not allowed in any location.
How we handle abuse reports
VPN traffic gets abuse reports. We know that. When a report comes in, we forward it to you by ticket. Please reply or fix it within 24 hours. Serious cases, such as attacks sent from your server, can lead to a pause, so keep your contact details up to date.

- 7-day money-back. Not the right fit? Ask for a refund within 7 days of your first invoice.

- Same price on renewal. Your price stays the same unless the datacenter raises its price, and we tell you 30 days before.

Do you check who I am?
Yes. For VPN use we do a quick company check before the first server goes live.
Can I run a public proxy or an open relay?
No. We only accept VPN services with signed-in users.
How do I pay?
By card (Stripe) or PayPal, in USD. A flat 10% tax is added at checkout.
What if an IP gets blocked?
Open a ticket and we check the options for that location.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. The first invoice has a 7-day money-back guarantee.
